[UPDATE] We appreciate your feedback and patience. There are some issues with the pre-arrival check tasks and notes display; they are now fixed. Please simply refresh the page to receive this update.
Please ensure you are using the latest version of Resly. Click on your property name (top right) and check the version is 1.8.0. It's a big update so apologies for the long post.
Housekeeping Updates
1. Introduction of 'Ready' room status. You can change the room status from any area by clicking on the current room status. A 'Ready' room is a room that is cleaned and has had its pre arrival check completed.
2. Housekeeping Report now displays more details including both the departing and arriving guest. Bedding configuration, departure and arrival times, number of guests and now the rate plan so you can easily identify a lock-off or dual key rooms.
3. Easily edit housekeeping tasks from the report or on the dashboard.
4. Pre-arrival tasks can now be assigned to staff. If marked done, the room status will be updated to 'Ready'.
Reverse Actions
1. You can now reverse checking in or out a guest.
Integrated Payment Collection
1. You can now activate our virtual payment terminal thanks to our partnership with PayAdvantage. With the click of a button Resly will perform a fraud check, process the credit card payment, issue a trust receipt and deposit the funds into your bank account (over night). To get started with a free merchant account, please sign up using this link. There are no monthly account fees, just a negotiated merchant fee. More details to come.
Rebranding on some channels
1. Expedia your channel manager and PMS are now both tagged as Resly.
2. Agoda now refers to your channel manager as Resly Channel Manager
Content
1. Improved content functionality. Images and descriptions can now be loaded into Resly and will populate the booking engine. This is a stage 1 push, still building this feature out.
Integrations
1. Guest black list. New integration with Accomms Least Wanted provides live 2-way integration with a large database of rouge guests. Receive alerts from properties near by about problem guests, report guests to the database and search the database from within Resly. Resly clients can get 6 weeks free here.

You will now see a "New Quote" button on the Dashboard or Calendar view page. It's like a mini direct booking engine within Resly. Great for making a quote on the phone or at reception.
Enter dates and guest counts, Resly will show you all the available rate plans.
Click Quote and see the available rooms. You will see the notes from each room, occupancy and the availability before and after to help you make a better decision.
Click Quote here will take you directly to the "New Reservation" page with all the details already filled in.
We have pushed an update which now allows properties to provide quotes (This is the first release). Adding a quote will temporally hold the room for a period and auto cancel if the quote is not converted into a booking.
You should see a new 'Add Quote' button at the bottom of the Add Reservation tab.
You have the option to hold the quote for 24 hours, 3,5 or 7 days. If the quote is not confirmed at the end of the chosen period the quote will expire and the room released back for sale.
You can view all your active quotes in Reservations > Reservations List > Active Quotes.
Many of you have been requesting a black list for problem guests. The circulation of spreadsheets is in breach of personally identifiable information (PII) and consumer rights, so we have formed a partnership with Accoms Least Wanted (ALW) to give each property the option to protect their property whilst remaining compliant.
ALW is an industry driven database and alert system that provides details of guests banned by other accommodation providers. The risk mitigation platform ensures better guests for better stays.
ALW's site provides real time alerts based on your own preference settings, you will receive alerts when other accommodation providers enter a banned guest to the ALW database. This also allows for Police to send out “Be On The Lookout” BOLO alerts.
Resly is the first PMS to adopt this product and our integrations means a property can easily report a rouge guest to the ALW database or search the ALW database to see if the guest matches any exisiting reports.

When an owner is staying in another unit but wants to charge their stay back to their own account, you can now select 'contra' as a payment method.
You can now put details about an allocated carpark for each room. Settings > Rooms > Edit.
