Update: Monday 11 Oct @ 12.50pm. Manually processing credit cards in your Pay Advantage account should now be active. We have pushed an update which will allow you to charge the cards in Resly. This update will take about 3 hours to run.
Update: Monday 11 Oct @ 9am. All credit card processing should have been restored overnight. If you are still receiving error 404, please send a support email with the reservation name and last 4 digits of the card to support@payadvantage.com.au and cc in support@resly.com.au thank you.

Update: Sunday 10th Oct. Looks like charges are still failing intermittently. Pay Advantage is working on this.

Update: Saturday 9th Oct. Thank you for you patience, Pay Advantage resolved their outage at 3pm AEST, after which we ran some tests and restored all functions.

We have been informed that Pay Advantage is experiencing issues with it's Credit Card infrastructure at the moment. They hope to have this issue resolved shortly.
