Great news for our Partner Associates!!

Partners would now be able to check loan eligibility of their students by providing some basic financial information about their students & their respective co-applicants.

Our loan eligibility calculator will be able to check the eligibility based on the information provided and can provide two possible responses –

1. Approved – This means that the student will be pre-approved to get a loan from Avanse Financial Services. We will also indicate the maximum loan amount and the loan repayment tenure. We will generate a loan letter which can be shared with the student.
2. Referred – This means that the financial institution would need more information before providing a loan approval. They would be reaching out to the student to assess the loan eligibility in person.

Some basic concepts of Loan Eligibility

1. Student and Partner should belong to India (Outside India is not serviceable)
2. Student belongs to states where Avanse operations are not available – North East, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar, etc. don’t qualify for the same.
3. Avanse provides loans for certain countries only – US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Australia, Dubai. For all other country applications, we only provide loans through Elan loans.

We have implemented the following feature in the mobile app to improve the overall app user experience.

1. You will see 'Register New Student' on the student page on login. When you scroll will see the button minimize to a '+' icon and on scroll back to will see the button as 'Register New Student'.

We are thrilled to share a much-demanded update to the coursefinder.ai. With this update, you will have the possibility to hide sensitive information from your team of counselors.

To achieve this feasibility of hiding sensitive information from the counselors we have provided counselor-level permission system, this will allow you to decide for which counselors these settings will work. This can be accessed from the manage counselors screen.

You can now edit the student's profile by navigating to the student details page and then clicking on 'Profile’. This will open the Personal info of the student, and you can start editing the details right from coursefinder.ai mobile app.

Great news for our partners & their students!!

Partners would now be able to chat with their students from coursefinder.ai Application. We have provided a 2-way chat-based communication at application level between partners using coursefinder.ai and students using Student Platform.

The chat is organized at application level – so that all communication related to one application is easy to find. We will also be sending email & bubble notifications to partner for any new message from student & vice-versa.

The chat feature is 100% private information – KC team wouldn’t have access to the chat contents ever. If partners are using custom emails & custom domains – all the links and the email sender information would be done on their official website links and their official email addresses.

We have launched a feature to ease out the application process for our Partners specifically to programs which provide waivers on English Proficiency Exams like “IELTS, TOEFL, PTE and DET”.

As you might be aware, we have recently launched Tuition fees payments for both KC & non-KC students via Flywire. However, till now partners only had the option to track the transaction status of the payments at an application level for KC students. To empower you further, we are now launching a flywire payments dashboard for our Partners– where you can – 
 
1.    Personalised dashboard with all your flywire transactions & their respective status
2.    Track flywire transactions for non-KC applications – done by parent account and Counsellor account

We are introducing the new and enhanced Student Platform for our partners to provide a tech platform to their students. This new platform is completely white-labeled and can be offered to students as if it is the partner’s own platform. This will allow our partners to get student’s profile information, documents and provide them with increased visibility on their applications, all combined in a technology solution. This solution can be used as a CRM by our partners and all students can be added to coursefinder.ai. We as KC cant see any registered student or their information under the partner's coursefinder unless an application is submitted is on the student in coursefinder.ai. We hope this will be an empowering offering to our partners and will help them make their students journey easier. 

On the student platform, students can now 

1. Login with their email address that the partner provided while registering the student on coursefinder.ai
2. Can see a dashboard branded by partner’s company information
3. Call or WhatsApp the partner through the student platform
4. Enter or edit their Student Profile – This saves the partner’s effort in filling the profile on coursefinder.ai as all the information is synced
5. Upload the documents based on the applications chosen by the partner on their behalf
6. View the applications and a student relevant status on each application
7. Can see partner uploaded important documents such as offer letter etc.

Note: Anything the student fills on the student platform, is not visible to KC directly. Once the student fills all the information it will only be visible to the Partner in their coursefinder account. Once they approve and submit the application to KC, then only KC will be able to see the information filled by student.

We have made an enhancement in the feature to download the list of courses from Search Program. Now the excel exported will indicate only the Open Intakes and Year instead of showing all the intakes for the listed programs.
