We are introducing a new functionality where in we shall provide our partners to un-archive the students who were archived earlier. With this update, we have separated the archive icon and delete icon in the “Manage students” page for our partners.
To our partners, archive button would be visible against following students as it was earlier.

We have added a new program level of “English Language Program” on coursefinder.ai, should you want to submit an independent application for this program level. The application submission for this newly added program level will work as usual, for eg. In an ideal state student registration->course selection->documents upload->application fees submission and subsequent process.

We have made the process of downloading search results much easier. Previously, deselecting the already shortlisted courses for a student was not as straightforward. You had to deselect each course one by one but now with our new enhancement you will be able to DESELECT all the shortlisted courses in one go.

We are pushing for the functionality on coursefinder.ai to enable you request for correcting the data in the search program module. This feature shall enable you to share any corrections on a particular course/university in the search results list displayed in search program.

We have pushed for an enhancement in coursefinder.ai where system will be auto posting comments in following scenarios:

1. KC uploads an additional document for an application, auto comment will be posted against that application and will be visible to you and your team
2. You upload a document for a student for whom application has been submitted already, auto comments will be posted by the system in all the applications for that student so that corresponding KC team members can check it.

For these, notifications will be triggered to you and to your team.

The comments will keep the you and KC updated on the new documents uploaded which can also be referred later if you like.
