Important Changes in the Application Fee Status
Application Fee status is a separate status from the Application’s status. The fee status is used to determine the stage of where the application fee payment is. We are introducing this feature to create a proper workflow for the fee status of the application.

We are excited to introduce a new tuition fee payment integration in Course Finder. This new integration will directly allow you to pay the tuition fees of your students to the university and earn commission in the process as well.
TransferMate is an easy-to-use payment platform designed for speed, convenience, and security of the use.
Steps to make payment using TransferMate:
Step 1: Click on the TransferMate logo, appearing only for conditional and unconditional offer holders to pay their tuition fees.
Step 2: After clicking on the logo, you will be redirected to the KC|Transfermate details page where you can fill the student details and generate an invoice to process the tuition fee payment.

We are happy to introduce a more interactive and efficient way of providing feedback on Course Finder.
Steps to be followed
Step 1: Go to any page on the Course Finder and click on the feedback button
Step 2: A pop up will appear displaying various emojis. Click on any one of the emoji according to the feedback you want to submit
Step 3: a) Now write your feedback in the rectangular window appeared
b) Click on the dotted square box and select the element for which you want to submit the feedback for
Step 4: Click on the send button and enter your e-mail address. As soon as you select ‘Send’ option, your feedback is submitted.

We are happy to announce the new Course Finder features, please take note of the same.
We have yet again revised the number of applications to be submitted for each student to 5 applications which previously were 3.
These 5 applications will be an effective number of applications i.e., if two out of five applications get closed due to any reason, associates can again submit two more applications for the same student.
With the newly introduced option to the status list on Course Finder i.e., ‘CAS Requested’, you will be informed as soon as the CAS is requested to the University. A notification email will be delivered to you as soon as the KC team member changes the status to ‘CAS Requested’.
