You are now able to edit a job to show a current or future tenancy when there is more than one associated with the property. 👨👩👧👦
This means the correct tenants are being communicated to and you have records of the correct tenancy against your work orders!
How? Jump into a work order, click the 'edit job' option at the top of the page and then select from current or future-dated tenancies which one you would like the work order assigned to! 🙌
We hope that this new feature will be an added bonus for when the current active tenancy assigned isn't who is needed on the work order, making sure your high communication and record-keeping standards are upheld with Tapi!

But wait there's more...
When you cancel a job you can now notify the tenants of the cancellation to increase the communication and keep everyone informed! Happy tenants, happy life!
