Ever sent a job to an owner and then been asked to find a tradie for the job? Now you can do this with just one button! 🙌

Sent an invoice to an owner who now wants it to be paid out of the trust account? Click the new button at the bottom of this invoice to action this without having to ask the support team (although they are still always there to help 😀)

Two Requested Enhancements! Filters and More... ✨

New Filter by Agent assigned to the Property 🙌

We've just released a new Filter option! Now, you can filter your inbox and jobs page by the agent who is assigned to the property in the trust account using the 'property assigned' filter.

This will be invaluable to those who reassign work at any stage. You’ll now be able to check in on your portfolio even when others are giving you a hand.

To use this new feature, simply head to your inbox or jobs page and click on the "Property agent" button. Then, select from the drop-down the agent you want to filter by. You can then click 'Save' to save it as a permanent view to easily access it in the future!

New Privacy Policy document type for your trades 📄

We know you want to keep track of your trade's privacy policies which is why we have released a new document type just for this visibility! Now you can with the Privacy Policy option within the supplier compliance feature.

Exporting reports of jobs!

We are thrilled to release this new and highly requested feature:

The ability to export a report of jobs 🚀

This is a great way to keep track of your progress or to share your jobs with other stakeholders. To use this feature, simply go to the "Jobs" tab as below and click on the "Export" button:

 From there, you will be emailed the report to the email you use to log in to Tapi.

The brand new reply button!

We know clear and informative communication with all your stakeholders is super vital and is often one of the biggest parts of your day-to-day! 💬

You can now reply directly to messages within the audit trail and will have an accurate record of the timeline of these messages in one place, meaning you don't have to be searching through hundreds of emails or texts!

Simply click 'reply' under the message you want to go back to:

Then your new message will show directly above it in the audit trail:


Assign tenancy feature & more!

New Feature! 🚀

You are now able to edit a job to show a current or future tenancy when there is more than one associated with the property. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

This means the correct tenants are being communicated to and you have records of the correct tenancy against your work orders!

How? Jump into a work order, click the 'edit job' option at the top of the page and then select from current or future-dated tenancies which one you would like the work order assigned to! 🙌

We hope that this new feature will be an added bonus for when the current active tenancy assigned isn't who is needed on the work order, making sure your high communication and record-keeping standards are upheld with Tapi!

When you cancel a job you can now notify the tenants of the cancellation to increase the communication and keep everyone informed! Happy tenants, happy life!

Newly Released Customer Requests

Email Delivery Status' 📩 

Have you ever wondered whether your email was successfully sent to your supplier, owner or tenant! You can now see these directly in your audit trail on each job.

Add attachments to messages 📎 

Need to send an attachment to just the single recipient on a job? Instead of attaching something to the whole job, where both your suppliers and owners can see, you can now send attachments via individual messages.

Updated wording on the Inbox  

Now when an owner approves or declines a job or quote request you have sent them, you will be able to see this directly on your Inbox. No more having to click into the job to see how they chose to proceed.

Updated search function 🔍 

Ever needed to find a job in Tapi but couldn't remember the property? You can now search using the job description to help narrow things down.

  • Job urgency tags not showing on all emails
  • Invoices not matching for Property Me customers automatically when job has a suffix
  • Quote not showing values in audit trail after owner approval

Newly Released Customer Requests ✨

Allow cost limits to include cents 💰

We're excited to announce that you can now include cents when setting cost limits in Tapi! This means you'll have even more control over setting these perimeters and making sure your suppliers don't go over these set cost limits. 

Property Tree now has multiple owner contacts 🌳

Tapi now has the ability to have multiple owner contacts against a property! All contacts marked as 'owner' in Property Tree will now pull through to Tapi so communication can go out to all stakeholders who need to be involved.


Bug Fixes 💥

  • Invoice approved status now shown in audit trail for 'forward to owner'.
  • Property Me sending messages to supplier fix.
  • Property Tree property managers assigned correctly to properties.

More Bug Fixes and Improvements ✅

💡 Improvements:

  • Invoice email attachments will show INV file first
  • Invoice photos pushed to integration
  • Alert for creating recurring services at the end of the month
  • Agents cannot approve invoices if tax is greater than total amount

Business and Account Settings

Personalisation and Customisation has never been easier! 

With Tapi's new Business and Account settings you can immediately update all your Tapi settings in the one place! 🙌


Directors can now access the Business Settings page which allows you to update all your company, workflow, health and safety, tenant concierge and user settings!

All other Tapi users can now access the new and improved Account Settings page to update your personal details and change your password!
