Get text alerts when a school is interested in you!

Would you like to know when an employer is interested in you as soon as possible? If so, now you can get a text alert to your phone as soon as an employer sends you a connection request!

To get text alerts, head over to the Profile Page > Communication section and choose your preferences. You can turn this on and off at any time.

New and Improved Profile Experience

Educators: Welcome to the new and improved profile experience!

We now offer 3 new ways to improve your volume and quality of matches:

1.) You can now specify the grade levels you want to teach for each subject area you're interested in!

2.) Since employers can't see your resume until you accept a connection request from them, you can now encourage them to connect by better highlighting your experience level in the subject areas you want to teach!

How? Go to your Profile page under the "Profile Basics" section, then edit the "Subjects" section. Specify the grade levels you want to teach per subject AND ways you're qualified to teach each.

3.) You can now improve the quality of your matches in your profile's "Improve Matches" section. Here, you can specify your school culture preferences, languages you're fluent in, and more

More updates coming soon!  In the meantime, like these changes? Please give us a thumbs up or leave a comment. :)

Thanks and best of luck with your search,

New Feature: Template Invite Message

We're happy to announce our new Template Invite Message feature!

~ In a nutshell ~

Create a message to send with your invites on the Profile Page > Communications tab. This message will automatically populate the message form if you decide to send a message with your invite. A nice intro message makes candidates more likely to accept your invitation!

~ How it works ~

1. When you send an invite and choose to include a message. Instead of starting each message from scratch, you can create a message that will act as a template for all invite messages, by clicking the link below the message container.

2. Clicking the link will take you to the Profile Page Communications tab where you can create your template invite message. Here's an example:

3. Once you have crafted your message. You should preview it to make sure that it's what you want. You can do this by clicking the Preview button.

Note here how the url formatted above is displayed in the preview: [Label](url)

4. Once you are finished hit Save Changes and the next time you include a message with your invite, this message will automatically populate in the message container!

Good luck hiring!
