Educators: Welcome to the new and improved profile experience!

We now offer 3 new ways to improve your volume and quality of matches:

1.) You can now specify the grade levels you want to teach for each subject area you're interested in!

2.) Since employers can't see your resume until you accept a connection request from them, you can now encourage them to connect by better highlighting your experience level in the subject areas you want to teach!

How? Go to your Profile page under the "Profile Basics" section, then edit the "Subjects" section. Specify the grade levels you want to teach per subject AND ways you're qualified to teach each. 

3.) You can now improve the quality of your matches in your profile's "Improve Matches" section. Here, you can specify your school culture preferences, languages you're fluent in, and more!
