Quote Update - Release 3

We have added a discount calculator to the quote screen so you can easily offer a direct discount. 

Once you have selected the room type to quote, you will see a discount drop-down menu on the left hand side of the pop-up box. 


Additional Guests

You can now record additional guests in each reservation. 

Reservation overview > Edit > Additional guests > Enter details > Save

Green plus = add guest

Red cross = remove guest

Guest Invoice Customisation

You can now customise your guest invoice by showing room number, or showing room type, or not showing anything.

Go to Settings - General - Charges - Invoice - Room Details

By default, it's showing nothing.



Online Check-in Improvement

Online check-in has been improved to validate and collect your guests direct contact details. 

New rule: If the mobile number is missing the guest will be prompted to enter it. 

New rule: If the email is a channels alias address (@guest.booking.com) the system will recognise this and prompt the guest to enter their actual email address. 


Group Bookings Tag

Resly will now identify group bookings if they have the same Agent Reference. You can edit the Agent Reference for direct bookings by clicking on the agent (highlighted below), you can also enter this when creating the booking. 



How to Quote in Resly

We have pushed an update which now allows properties to provide quotes (This is the first release). Adding a quote will temporally hold the room for a period and auto cancel if the quote is not converted into a booking. 

You should see a new 'Add Quote' button at the bottom of the Add Reservation tab. 

You have the option to hold the quote for 24 hours, 3,5 or 7 days. If the quote is not confirmed at the end of the chosen period the quote will expire and the room released back for sale. 

You can view all your active quotes in Reservations > Reservations List > Active Quotes.


Streamline Easter Arrivals - Set up online check-in

A friendly reminder about online check-in, to help with what looks to be a busy Easter period. To speed up your check-in process and provide a seamless guest experience we suggest you utilise our online check-in feature. 

Online check-in will capture the guests arrival time and drivers licence (or passport) and attach it to their booking in Resly. The guest also has to accept your terms of stay and complete a COVID declaration.

Task update

When adding a task to a reservation, you can quickly select the check in or check out date as the due date for the task.
