Integration Improvement - MailChimp

The MailChimp integration has been improved to allow automatic contact syncing. 

Go to Settings > Integration > Automation. Frequency should be everyday. It will send everyone that is checking out for the day. It will also respect guest/emails that are on the 'do not send' list.


Seasons revamp

We have improved the usability and functions of our seasons feature based on user feedback. Reservations > Rate Plans > Seasons.

  • You can now click and drag to select dates and apply a season. 
  • If you need to edit or create a new season there is no need to delete the old one or overlapping dates. 

  • Seasons can now have an 'event'. Maybe its low season but then there is a 3 day event you wish to highlight and load seperate rates for.


Average Charges Report

Some of you might find these stats interesting. The average cleaning and commission charges for the Sunshine Coast and TNQ. As we continue to expand we will hopefully have more data points to look at and share. 


Housekeeping - Split tasks for dual key rooms

When a parent room (dual key) has a departure clean task, you can choose to split the task into individual tasks for each child room. 

Use case: If you only clean one child room and the other remains dirty, you can split the departure clean task so the dirty room doesn't get missed. 



Tour Voucher Update

We have made some update to our tour voucher. 

  • New fields for Guest Name, No. Adults, Children, Payment (Hotel collect or Operator collect)
  • The voucher will have two copies (office and guest copy)
