漸強實驗室 為了強化品牌帳戶安全性，已於 2024/10/28 強制啟用 MAAC 雙重驗證（2FA）。
為符合使用者更多元的登入情境，除了現有的電子郵件驗證外，我們新增了驗證應用程式（Authenticator App）的驗證方式，提供品牌更靈活且安全的選擇。
若您已啟用 Authenticator 應用程式，系統將預設使用其生成的驗證碼進行驗證。您亦可切換至電子郵件收取驗證碼進行驗證。

親愛的漸強夥伴們您好，
因主管機關於 113/11/13 發布新聞稿，為防堵商務簡訊被當成詐騙的管道，
從 113/11/18 起，所有發送簡訊內使用的 URL、短網址、連絡電話都需要事先與［電信業者提出申請］，
審核通過後才能帶入於簡訊中，若與登錄資料不符或未登錄者，則不予發送。
目前 MAAC 生成的網址（https://maac.io/ ) 亦無法成功發送，
漸強實驗室仍會持續與簡訊業者進行申請及確認，如有最新進展與消息，我們會盡快更新。
額外提醒：
請品牌避免使用不符要求的網域。 另針對市場具有高風險的共用網域、免費網域等，都不能申請為白名單。
目前禁止使用的網域如下(包括但不限於)：

Dear Crescendo Lab Partners,
To enhance the security of your company's use of the MAAC platform, we will enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts starting on October 28, 2024. This added layer of security will help protect your account and reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
Once 2FA is activated, all MAAC users in your company will be required to verify their identity using an email verification code in addition to entering their password during login.
To ensure you can log in smoothly after 2FA is enabled, please make sure that the email address associated with your account can receive verification codes without any issues. If you encounter any problems or have any questions, feel free to contact our Customer Success team at help@cresclab.com.

In addition, we kindly remind you to regularly check your current MAAC account user list. To do this, follow these steps:
MAAC > Top-right corner (Account) > Access Management. Once you're in the Access Management section, you will see a list of all MAAC users associated with your account.
Since MAAC currently doesn't support account suspension, if you need to delete any users, please email help@cresclab.com using your company's domain email address.

🎉 MAAC 👉 匯入聯絡人自動修正電話號碼 功能 ✨
✨ 即日起品牌在匯入含有電話號碼的聯絡人時，僅需將手機格式設定為符合地區規則或 E.164格式。
例如台灣可接受「0912345678」、「+886912345678」，系統會自動將電話號碼修正為 E.164 格式後進行匯入。
