Simplification of the Ticket Payments 💪

We made the purpose of buttons for ticket payments clearer. Now, instead of buttons Income and Expense, there will be buttons Advance payment and Advance payment refund, which more closely corresponds to their functions. We also replaced the incomprehensible option Do not affect on ticket total, which made it possible to make expenses for the purchase of goods, with a separate button called Service expense.

🔔 If you previously accepted payment for an ticket through the Income button, then we have had a more convenient way for this for a long time: just select the ticket status with the wallet icon, usually the status is Closed, and the system will automatically display the payment window with the required amount, and also offer to print documents.

Other Updates

  1. The last selected type of discount (currency or percentage) is remembered, now those who make discounts mainly in currency will not need to constantly switch to it.
  2. An employee without the right to be a master will not be able to become a master by default, if he adds a service, you will need to select another employee with the appropriate right.
  3. When printing a sales document, all items will be sorted by the date they were added, which will make it easier to compare documents with a large number of items.

Add Your Payment Method 😍

Now you can edit and add payment methods! For example PayPal, Bank Transfer, Cash or Bitcoin, why not?  😎

Payment methods are configured in the Settings > Payment methods section.

Also added new permissions allowing other employees to edit payment methods.

What's new in July 🥳

1. Emergency system

HelloClient is available 99.9% of the time, but anything can happen. We understand that if HelloClient doesn't work, you may lose the loyalty of your customers. Now, if the HelloClient server is unavailable due to a failure or technical work, you will still be able to work and view data from the cache 😎

2. Select - it's a new field type for ticket creating form

HelloClient has a lot of options for configuring forms, but now it's even more flexible. The Select field type allows you to select a value only from a pre-prepared list. It is ideal for fields such as color or advertising source, where all the options are known in advance.

3. New knowledge base

Now the Knowledge Base is more structured and detailed, we have tried to reveal as many aspects of the system as possible, and it loads very quickly. The knowledge base is always available in the lower-left corner of the menu.


4. Analysis of revenue from advertising sources

In the customer report, you can now view the payment amount for advertising sources. Use reports to analyze your spending on advertising sources.


There have also been an unthinkable number of improvements to optimize download speed, app weight, and stability.

Task Manager 💁‍♂️ ✅

Task Manager is a great tool for controlling and delegating workflows in a simple list.

Tasks are grouped by date for the next 7 days. Overdue are displayed at the top of the list. Tasks with a deadline of more than a week or without a deadline are displayed below. If an employee has notifications turned on, he will receive a notification about a new task.

In development, the ability to attach tasks to customers, orders and goods, as well as notifying employees of the imminent expiration of the task.

Ticket deletion

Friends! Now you can “delete” your tickets, it will hide the selected entries from the list of tickets forever. However, in case of urgent need, the deleted ticket can be viewed and restored, this is done through a special window of archived tickets (but it will be added a little later).
What is more, your name and phone number can now be edited in the employee’s window. Until now it could be done in the profile only, which was somewhat confusing to our users 💁🏼‍♂️🤦🏻‍♀️😰

New ticket creation window 👌🏻

Now ticket creation has become even easier! We have removed all unnecessary steps and all fields have become available in one place. Moreover, no new window pop-up is now required for client creation 😉
We have also updated the text fields, now they are bigger and more notable
And most importantly, these changes were done right close to the launch of the mobile version for our service 🎉 Staying connected!

Set up your list, friend! 😉

Now you can turn on and turn off the displaying of columns in the list of tickets. Just click on the setting icon in the upper right corner of the list of tickets and you can choose which columns you want to be seen 🚀
