    • 6 people signed up for my Productize Bootcamp so far, accounting for roughly $3400 in sales!
    • I've had a couple more people join my membership community and landed another $2,000 client! 
    • Our mastermind members generated $100,925 in collective revenue for the week of March 28th!

Well, we heard you and we are now offering a variety of opportunities for you to talk to the coaches and other Growth Tools Clients. 

Masterminds: There are two masterminds available. One meets Tuesday morning and the other is Thursday afternoon. This is an opportunity to brainstorm with other members, receive advanced training, and collaborate.  

Office Hours: The office hours are drop-in casual. Come for 10 minutes, ask a quick question, say hello, brainstorm with other clients, or stay for the whole hour. There is no "on time" or late or any obligation to stay the whole time. 

15-Minute Check-In: There are quick 15 minute private meetings with one coach to discuss one sticking point. Please be sure to share your specific topic so that we can make the most of our time together.

From 2/28 - 3/6, you reported 99 wins totaling $78,767+ worth of revenue! 👏


HERE ARE THE TOP WINS FROM LAST WEEK—

    • My talk at the Startup Grind Global Startup Summit took place (virtually), and I booked 6 followup meetings, accounting for $17k in pipe. Also, I sent a partner pitch last week, received both a yes and a compliment for having a "Dope AF" email!
    • My email list grew to over 10k active subscribers! And my summit brought in $6,400 :)
    • I landed three clients, totaling $3300!
    • I got a new client at $3K!
    • With more email subscribers and a better welcome sequence, my revenues from the membership in February—which had been limping along at $800 - $900/month for the previous year—jumped to $1,900!
    • My first course launch got 8 people to purchase (all from partners who helped promote it). $1,600 in sales in one week!
    • I held a discus training camp that brought in $1500!
    • I completed my first course launch and made 800$. I also added 110 new subscribers to email list!
    • I closed another two sales - finally starting to get some traction!!
    • I signed on a private client for $2750 paid in full!
    • My first partner pitch resulted in 2 events teaching to her audience and $2,300 in revenue so far!
    • Closed a new client at $2k/mo!
    • We successfully transferred our recurring memberships ($1.3k) over to new software and had most of our members follow us over!

We have a brand new process for getting your 90-day review completed and we’re excited to tell you about it. 

Reviewing your business every 3 months helps you and us to gain clarity on where your business sits currently and if you’re on track to reach your goals.

Here’s how the 90-day review process works: 

  1. You’ll receive an email 2 days before it becomes available inside your Client Dashboard
  2. Log into your Client Dashboard
  3. Click on the 90 Day Review
  4. Fill it out & send to us
  5. Wait for our Feedback
  6. Approve our feedback, recommendations, and/or changes to your Marketing Plan
  7. Get back to work

Enhancement #2: Video Asks 💥 

We have a new way for you to report your wins called a Video Ask. 

We’re excited to roll this out to you because documenting a “win” helps you gain clarity about what’s working well inside your business…

Advice:

  • You don’t know if someone wants something until they pay for it, so don’t spend months laboring over every detail that people might not want anyway

Austin’s Final thought:

  • Be kind to yourself if you haven’t achieved what you want yet, and realize that even those you look up to as “great online business owners” weren’t always where you see them now. They had to go through the same journey of ups and downs that you did.

The importance of mindset around a few partnership issues:

Will you do ALL my partnership work for me?

  • In reality, you don’t want us to do it ALL
  • You’re the expert and know your business best. We’re experts about writing pitches so that you know the ins and outs and the little details that make that pitch hit home to your potential partner best. 
  • Learn the entire process first and you can always outsource aspects of it later that isn’t in your “sweet spot”
  • But you need to know the process 100% as the business owner so that you can train someone else to do it

Don’t I need to have a product first before doing partnerships?

  • No!
  • If you have a small list, don’t let this limiting belief stop you from getting what your business needs: 
  • New subscribers, an audience
  • Again, you do not need a product! :)
  • There is absolutely no reason to wait until you have a product offer to start using Partnerships as a lead generator

I have a product but my list is small and people with big lists won’t partner with me.

  • This is another limiting belief that we want to help you move past
  • They will partner with you because they need your content
  • Still doubt that? Do a simple podcast tour (they NEED you to provide them podcast content!)
