Our goal is to make it more likely that you keep doing what you know you need to do and give us the ability to step in when we see that you're not.

We would also like to remind you to do that same for yourself. Be sure to set some boundaries and take time to enjoy yourself this holiday season. 

  • Choose days where you do not work
  • Communicate that with your clients
  • Set up autoresponders and plan ahead to prevent emergencies

A few months ago, we started asking you for your weekly win.

Each week, we ask you to share and reflect on the previous week and share just something either very small or very large, something, some positive thing to happen the previous week.

And those have been awesome. Your wins are very encouraging to us. 

There are several reasons we did that. 

  • We want you to start each week thinking about the positive things
  • It's too easy to focus on the negative
  • We want you better prepared to deal with the challenges of running a business

This month we want to remind you of the importance of tracking your wins and remember to include relevant revenue information when doing so. Sharing your wins helps you and us keep track of your revenue increases as we work together.

Tracking your wins reminds you of the progress you’re making and helps weather any storms that you encounter along the way.

Andy discussed the great progress Yuvika has made recently with her first partner pitches.

In the beginning, she didn't have clarity on her brand. After fixing that, Yuvika decided to make partnerships a large part of her lead generation and sales process, researched “best fit” partners, wrote those pitches, and started getting yeses.
