We are very excited. We've been working all year to get our response times faster to you. So what that means is when you send us something to get a second set of eyes on it, or you have a question on an action item, our goal is to get it to you faster.
One of the hardest things we encounter is that sometimes we don't have enough information, so we have to go back and forth with you to clarify. And then you finally get your answer. This back and forth takes too long.
So, we are tweaking and experimenting with a faster way to answer your questions. Instead of asking via email, you will now ask it via your coaching portal.
Just click this button down below, and it will ask you some clarifying questions before you ask your main question, and we will get back to you pretty quickly.

A few details on how this will work:
- All initial questions must be asked within the GU Portal. Don't worry if you forget at first. Our tech team will remind you with an email that provides a link back to the portal. The coaching staff won't even see it.
- You can reply to any email from a coach within your email system or within the portal.
- If there is no communication between you and your coach on any specific conversation over one week, then that thread will archive (be available for your viewing inside the portal), and you'll need to start a new conversation within the portal.
- All conversations will be saved for your reference within the portal. No need to hit save.
This question format will be a 90-day trial to see how it goes. We are going to be making sure response times come down and that you love it, and if it sticks, we will keep it.
