On October 16th 14:38 PT we saw initial performance degradation that affected the speed of Greenline POS and began investigating immediately for the root cause.
- At 14:51 PT the performance degraded across all Greenline actions due to the Database being backed up.
- We restarted the database at 14:58 PT which resolved the backed up load
We continued to investigate the root cause and found irregular usage of payment queues which was immediately patched.
