It's official, Greenline is now integrated with Weedmaps!

Weedmaps is an online platform designed to bring more consumer attention to your store. Weedmaps provides visibility through their website and app to consumers who may not have otherwise discovered your dispensary.

Note: Currently, our integration only supports Weedmaps' online menu feature. Weedmaps does not support taking orders or payments to Greenline POS at this time.

💳 New billing system

Greenline has moved to a new invoicing and billing system that will activate starting July 2021.

Users of Greenline should expect a welcome email from our new system Chargebee at their specified billing email addresses very shortly.

Please update your billing info via the upcoming email link for payments. For those who currently use our PAD (pre-authorized debit) solution, nothing will change for your billing and invoicing just yet.

🎉Ontario Customers: 1-Click Compliance Report🎉

Greenline is very excited to share that our ON customers are able to generate their monthly compliance reports with just one-click again! 

After many AGCO changes to the compliance reporting template, our 1-click report will be ready for the June 2021 reporting period.

All required reports will be generated into the AGCO template that can be downloaded and submitted via the AGCO portal.

Note: Customers are still able to download individual reports and manually paste reports if desired.

🔔 Alberta Compliance Report Updates- June Reporting!

The AGLC has informed retailers that there will be four (4) additional columns added to the current Federal Compliance Reporting Excel Template. This updated template will be implemented for the June reporting which is due prior to July 10. 

Greenline was aware of these changes and has updated our generated compliance reports to keep our Alberta customers compliant with the new AGLC changes.

We hope that everyone's long weekends went well! Over the past few months the Greenline team has rapidly grown so that we can deliver more value to our clients at a much faster rate. We're committed to consistent feature releases and bug fixes to help your store succeed.


Feature releases

  • Moneris Core (new payment terminal hardware) support. If you are using ICT250s, please contact Moneris to get them upgraded to the new devices.
  • User-controlled integrations. Users can how enable and disable the majority of available Greenline integrations via the Dashboard.
  • Inventory on-hand reports now show an "in-stock only" option and a "show all" option.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where updating notes in completed audits did not update the inventory log notes.
  • Fixed an issue where selecting a filter with empty data in compliance - step 3 showed blank data and removed the filters (non-ON provinces).
  • Fixed an issue where the "Close" button on end-of-shift and sales receipt modals were not formatted correctly on iPad minis.
  • Fixed an issue where the Settings - Gift cards - Birchmount gift card link went to the wrong support link.
  • Fixed an issue where importing variants products into transfers didn't show the full parent - variant name.
  • Added helpful error messages when importing a CSV for transfers.
  • Added an error message when the user tries to delete a tax group that is in use for a purchase order.

Coming soon

  • Our team is working to add finishing touches to our Weedmaps integration. Target release date: before end of next week.
  • Our team is also working on consolidating all Ontario compliance reports into a single XLSX export instead of needing data to be copy/pasted. It will be available before end of June.

✨ User-controlled integrations

We've made it easier for Greenline users to take control of their integrations. When you enter the Dashboard > Integrations > Overview page, you will now see toggles that indicate whether an integration has been enabled or disabled.

Here's how it works:

When an integration is enabled, an email will pop open for customers to review with their dashboard API information then send to the integrator. 

When an integration is disabled, the integrator's access will be revoked.

A few integrations (such as Leafly, QuickBooks Online, Merrco, and Moneris) will not have enable/disable toggles. Please click on the email or website icon to get started.



💳 New Moneris payment terminal support

We're proud to announce the launch of our Moneris Core POS integrations. This will allow Greenline customers to use the next generation of terminals, including but not limited to:

Desk 5000

Move 5000

V400c

V400m

Any new payment terminals will use the Moneris Core platform, so retailers should expect to see continuous improvements in selection over the next several years.

ICT250 terminals will still continue to be supported, but retailers must understand that they are at end-of-life support and have already been phased out of manufacturing. Please contact your Moneris rep to get set up with new hardware, and our support team will be available during working hours to help set up your POS.

Feature releases

  • Grouping products and variants can now be easily merged from the product list under an existing parent product folder or by creating a new parent product folder
  • Leafly integration UI simplified and streamlined
  • Birchmount gift cards are now fully supported on the Web POS

Bug fixes

  • All columns in the Summary - Payment Types report are now exporting correctly
  • The speed of importing thousands of products into an audit has been greatly improved
  • Users can no longer accidentally delete their profile on the dashboard
  • CSV headers for transfer imports are now no longer case-sensitive
  • Reduced the likelihood of broken image URLs when provinces update their provincial product catalogs (for new products only)

  • Support for non-ICT250 Moneris devices such as the Desk 5000, V400, etc. (estimated release this week)
