Greenline’s New Automatic Loyalty Tier Discounts

We’re thrilled to share a fantastic new enhancement to our loyalty feature that we think you’ll love. You can now tie automatic discounts to loyalty tiers! Previously, loyalty discounts had to be manually applied, but with this update, you can offer special pricing and promotions for your loyalty customers directly through the point of sale. Please note that automatic discounts cannot remove loyalty points from the purchase.

To set this up navigate to your BLAZE Canada dashboard > Products > Discounts

  1. Set up a new discount as an automatic discount
  2. Add a loyalty tier to the discount

Once the discount is set up > simply add a customer to the cart and the corresponding discounts will be visible.

Important Note: There is a known issue where if you add a customer from a loyalty tier, add a discounted product, then remove the customer from that loyalty tier, the discount will still apply. In this very rare case, the budtender can manually remove the discount.

We hope this new feature makes it easier for you to reward your loyal customers and streamline your operations. As always, we’re here if you have any questions or need assistance.
