You may have received a letter from AGCO explaining that they “cannot confirm that you are using a compliant POS system configured and integrated with the new automated POS Data Reporting Platform administered by the Ontario Cannabis Store (OCS)”.
We would like to confirm that Greenline POS is indeed an approved and compliant cannabis point-of-sale system and that we are working with the OCS to fully integrate with their automated platform.
You can confirm that your Greenline dashboard is set up to send data to the OCS by following these steps:
- Navigate to your Greenline dashboard
- Click on Compliance on the left side panel
- Go to Settings
- On this screen you should see a Hash Key, along with your CRSA license number, and the store Location name.
Should you find any of these details to be missing, please contact our Customer Support team or your Customer Success representative. They will be able to follow up with the OCS to acquire the Hash Key that is necessary to set up the connection to the transactional reporting platform.
The alerts from the OCS that you have received may be due to product level discrepancies relating to details that are required for successful submission of sales data to the automated platform. Should you receive further communication from the OCS indicating issues with data submission, it may be due to products within your dashboard missing any or all of the following details, keep in mind that this may be true of active, inactive or deleted products:
- Valid SKUs are either missing or incorrect or incomplete
- Duplicate SKUs or UPCs
- Valid UPCs are either missing or incorrect or incomplete
- Incorrect compliance categories associated with cannabis products
- Non-cannabis products (accessories) associated with cannabis compliance categories

Ensuring Data Accuracy:
- If you have any missing product information (such as SKU/barcode) for your cannabis products, it is crucial to fill in this information to ensure the accuracy of your data submissions.
- When creating cannabis products, always utilize our OCS Product Importing tool to ensure all necessary information is included.
- Should any SKUs be missing from the Import Tool, please send our support team an updated OCS catalogue, and they will promptly import the latest data into the system.
