POS Shifts Report - Through the addition of filters we have improved the POS Shifts Report usability.

Dashboard/WebPOS login page - Fixed an issue where 2/3 help links were not working.
Integrations - Fixed an issue where some payment processing integrations were not being displayed.
Purchase orders - Fixed an issue where Purchase Order import was stripping the spaces on SKUs.
