The team at Greenline wishes you Happy Holidays! This year has been rough for everyone personally, so we hope that we've brought some joy and a positive impact on you and your team.

For our final product update of 2020, we've continued our goal of improving system stability and crushing bugs for the holidays We thank everyone for their patience - our teams will be taking well-deserved breaks throughout the holidays and coming back recharged to deliver new and exciting value-add features starting 2021.

Our customer support team will continue to be available throughout statutory holidays:

  • 7am - 3pm PST
  • 10am - 6pm EST

to support new and existing stores through the busy season. Regular days will continue to have regular support hours.

Released:

  • Products
    • Products can now be undeleted (see: active/inactive/deleted filter on the product list)
  • Compliance
    • Nunavut compliance reports
    • Northwest Territories compliance reports
  • Discounts
    • Editing discounts are now on a separate page
    • Discounts list supports horizontal scrolling for mobile screens

Bugs and improvements:

  • Products
    • Images with broken URLs now show a placeholder image on the Dashboard and POS
  • Inventory
    • Fixed an issue where the "Can edit inventory" permission allowed some edits in some multi-location stores
  • Customers
    • Fixed inconsistent customer pagination logic on the Dashboard and POS
    • Fixed an issue where exporting the customer list would only return 100 entries


Greenline now supports over 300 retail licenses across Canada, and our journey is just beginning. We look forward to growing the industry with you.
