There have been some updates regarding the BC compliance reports.

1. What happened? Extracts and Edibles have been included and Oils have been removed.

What you need to do? Update your compliance category for all Oil products to be one of the Extracts or Edibles compliance category.

2. What happened? The submission method for compliance reports has changed. The LCRB has sent stores a notification email regarding these changes. Reports are now submitted through a LCRB portal rather then submitting a .CSV file.

What you need to do? Follow the email instructions and use the portal to submit your upcoming months compliance report.

You can also send an email to your compliance officer letting them know it would be beneficial for you and the LCRB to send these email notifications to Greenline directly.
