Interactive Insights Now Available on the Earth Class Mail Mobile App

The new Interactive Insights on the Earth Class Mail mobile dashboard and other user enhancements are now available for Android and iOS devices on Google Play and the Apple Store.  The new Insights feature we previously launched provides an overview of a customer's account status—now with clickable data to view more details in each category! It enables you to keep track of services requested, how many items are in each queue, and take action on any items that need attention such as checks waiting for deposit, items currently in storage incurring fees, unread scans, and more!

How to access Insights data on your mobile app
Open the Earth Class Mail app > At the bottom, click Insights

Gain instant access to clickable and actionable data for these five account activities:

  1. Scans: The number of new scans uploaded to the account (which are scans of items available in the MailRoom with the status "unread")
  2. Scans in progress: The number of pending scans that are in progress.
  3. Checks: Number of items in Mailroom with "check detected" status that are not in the check deposit process.
  4. Deposits: Items currently in the check deposit process.
  5. Storage: Number of mail/parcel items incurring storage fees (items being stored that are beyond the grace period).
  6. Shipments: The number of items pending shipment.

🙌 Note: Based on feedback from our customers wanting more visibility regarding storage fees and confusion about mail items’ statuses—we heard you and we acted on your input! This new feature provides visibility into key areas of a customer’s account. It makes it simple to track each item’s current status and take any necessary action on each piece of mail.

Now, let’s take a look at an example of how to put these actionable insights to work for you.

How to access and take action on Storage Insights data from your mobile app
> Open the Earth Class Mail app > Click the Insights tab > then, Click Storage

Next, click Select at top right

> Choose the item(s) you want to take action on
> Then select Scan, Archive, Shred, or More to complete the desired action

Finally, let’s go over some of the additional user interface improvements.

No more lag time when you click on the Insights tab—get immediate access to clickable and actionable information!

🙌 Note: We also launched visual enhancements with new folder, tag, recipient, and search icons in the MailRoom view, plus an improved unread mail item view on Android for easy navigation and a more consistent user experience across all platforms.
