Hi, folks!! Yes...believe it or not, i've FINALLY had a haircut!! And we've got gyms back in the England!! Been a loooong few months, but things are starting to look up just a bit for the fitness-fond (or those, like myself, who haven't had the grit and discipline to train and home and have found Messrs Ben & Jerry FAR more enticing!!)

New M&M's Protein Bars 🍫, a 6th Misfits Plant-based bar flavour 🌿 and GHOST getting us all GLOW-ing ✨...lockdown or otherwise, this is shaping up to be a summer worth remembering!!
