Get more insight into your jobs with the new reported via filter! Click any source now to see a breakdown of your tenant-reported jobs or maybe your complinace/regulation jobs. 🚀

• Fixed a bug where the audit trail would disappear on certain issues
• Fixed an issue where some details weren't being updated when switching between invoices. 
• And a few other fixes. 

After many requests we have brought back the 'Next Invoice Button' which will make your invoicing process much smoother!

You will find this button at the top of your invoices as pictured below:

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed issue where scrolling wasn't working on IOS
• Fixed issue where some users were experiencing incorrect counts 

We've released a few new updates so here's a little run down on these exciting changes 😀

The Take Action page is now called Inbox 📥

• Along with this new name you can now see all your 'take action' and 'open' jobs in this one place and can now change who you are 'viewing as' within your inbox - have a look at this below!

Also great news 🎉 You can now change who you are 'viewing as' within the tabs on the side navigation bar by clicking the drop down button at the top of each page which has been highly requested - so here it is!

• This viewing function will allow you to easily change between viewing all jobs, invoices etc. under all agents or just view your own
• This ability to filter by agent means your workflow will be more streamlined, saving you time and allowing you to chose which jobs you want to see

Improvements 

• Made a small change to the work order popover box so it will position more clearly.

• Fixed an issue where some achived owners from PropertyTree were showing as active.
• Fixed an issue where when switching invoices the description wasn't updated to match the work order title

💬 Agents can now tag each other in notes on work orders 💬

• A common request we have received is agents wanting to be able to communicate on work orders with each other so here it is!

🔁 Convert a quote back to a work order 🔁

• We have had some great feedback that often quotes come through and then there is no way to convert this back to a work order so you now have this ability to convert a quote back to a work order!

Supplier Uploads

•  Your suppliers can now upload attachments! We have added a 'Send message or attachments button'. Read more about it here.

• PropertyTree work orders will now complete correctly when approving/canceling invoices. 

Other bug fixes

• Removing extra lines from showing in descriptions 
• Fixed an issue where some invoices werent being matched to there RBWO numbers.
