Views allows you to set see exactly what you want to see through the ability to personalise your Tapi Inbox and Job page by applying filters which can be saved as a view. 

If you work within pods views allows for you to create a view to see all the jobs which are assigned to the agents in your pod so you can be across all jobs!

Notify tenants of invoices button 

• When approving invoices you now have the option to 'Notify Tenants' which will send them an email letting them know and invoice has been approved and work has been completed for the maintenance job.

Emails to tenants will include the property address

• When email communication of work orders is sent to tenants their specific property address will now show on the email template.

Have you ever received an attachment from a supplier, tenant or owner as a message on the audit trail which you wanted to add to a work order for all users to see?

Now you can with the new 'Add file to job' button. 

All it takes is two easy steps! 😀

1. Click the 'add file to job' button below the message with the attachment.

2. Tick the box next to the attachment and the click 'add file' in the bottom corner.

Once you have actioned those two simple steps you'll be able to find the file(s) attached to the left hand side of the work order under the 'attachments' section.

📈Comparison Filter on the Metrics Dashboard 📈

One on ones and performance measuring just got a whole lot easier!

The team at Tapi wanted to let you know that you can now use the Metrics Dashboard to compare timeframes against each other with the new Comparison Filter! 🤩

This new filter allows you to measure KPI's by being able to compare the following against previous timeframes:

• The average time a job is within a status.
• Amount of open jobs.
• Agent and Supplier Performance.

An exciting new feature in the Tapi workflow! feature 

• Suppliers can now upload their own documents when accepting a work order. When they first open a work order they will see a notification that requests any licenses, health and safety plans, or insurances. 

• We want to encourage proactivity so you might also notice that there are reminders for documents that are expiring soon! If a supplier needs to update or add any new documents they can do so from the bottom of the work order. 

• We have also added the ability for agents to very documents that are uploaded by the supplier. Suppliers will then show up with a status ready for when you need to send a work order. 

• Talking about ready to send work orders - you can also configure the expiry date reminders. Reminders will be sent automatically when a document hits that date so the supplier can continue to be compliant.

It's finally here! You can now plan jobs for later 🎉

With one of our most requested features, you can now deffer jobs for later! Simply click 'Plan for later' to add a job you want to do in the future. Then when that day comes around it will show up ready for you on your take action.

Tenant and Owner notifications  feature 

You asked for it and now it's here! 🎉 When you request a quote the option to notify the tenant and owner will be available for you to turn on or off. 

Multiple Owner Emails  feature 

If you are using PropertyMe's latest version you can now configure which owner emails will be used when sending off communication! 

Head into the owner's profile and any additional emails will now be showing as notification options. 

Other changes:

• Fixed an issue where some PropertyMe work orders couldn't change supplier.
• Tapi will now show a message when a supplier is invalid from PropertyMe.
