Added 301 permanent redirect for the www version of sau.cy. Google typically indexes a non-www or pure www version as separate versions, this would make the non-www sau.cy the main domain for simplicity so it doesn't have 2 versions.

Changes to Stories Quality (4K from now on!)

~videos will now be shot in 4k most likely even though they take up more space, which can be reduced quite a bit thanks to high efficiency mode on iPhone 12

~in 4K its 170 MB/min of video vs the normal 1080P which is 130 MB/min video, on an hour long video it would be 10.2 GB vs only 7.8 GB, not a huge difference for the quality difference

~this change is because of serious pixelation issues in fullscreen mode with trees in videos (similar to what happens to videos with lots of snow or confetti)

~we can't help this issue on previous videos and are very sorry for the pixilation, all we can do is do better moving forward; that's what greatness does, fix, reframe, & retry

~we upscaled a recent video to 4K from 1080 and it had noticeable improvements, so no matter what 1080p IRL video from now on will be upscaled to 4K

~4K high efficiency mode will save storage space while also upping bitrate hoping to sway the issues
