There is a change in our support system. Now our call support time is strictly limited from 9 : 00 A.M. to 10 : 00 P.M. only while our whatsapp support time is now 9 : 00 A.M. TO 10 : 30 P.M.

No calls or whatsapp will be attended after the given times.

Also some rules for call support is that if you find that call support is already on a call please don't call again & again. If urgent make us a whatsapp or request a call via SMS . Usually our executive call backs you after the ongoing call is ended but still you need to wait and calling again and again may lead to a temporary ban on your call activity.

Secondly whatsapp reply may take atleast 30mins for reply and no kind of refill / boost order request will be taken and you need to open a support ticket for refill / boosting of your order.
