We are slowly going back to normal as we already updated our system to the latest YouTube algorithm, There are still thousands of pending orders and refills for dropped views and watch hours. It may take some time and our system is running non stop for the refills. We cannot scan all the clients orders for any order issue, if you have orders that were affected by the youtube update. There was a recent YouTube algorithm update that affected some of our YouTube Views and YouTube Watch Time Hours services. The update has caused views to drop from some recent orders (July 15 - July 23).

The delivery methods for these services will have to be modified because of the algorithm update and then tested to ensure that they do not drop.

Not all orders were affected, so the process of sorting through hundreds of orders is going to take some time. We are also doing the best we can to respond and address all the support tickets and Facebook page messages as fast as we can. If you have orders that dropped ONLY to that said order date, list them all and open a Support Ticket or message us on our Facebook page, we will take care of it after our system update as quickly as possible.

It is very important to be aware that ALL providers in this industry were affected by this YouTube algorithm update, it was not just us (even those normal YouTuber who's not even once avail any of our services).
