We have made some improvements to the pending transactions summary report. 

You can now view the report grouped by account codes (Group by accounts owed and code). Each account code will have a subtotal so you can easily account for your pending income. 

We are Beta testing a new report - Agent Owing Report. This report can only be accessed via this Beta link for now - https://app.resly.com.au/finance/agent-owing

This new report displays agents with outstanding bookings. You can filter the report based on how long the accounts have been outstanding.

We are wanting to expand our network of relief managers, so managers can go on a break knowing their properties are in good hands.

When a guest is searching dates that aren't available or they don't meet the minimum stay requirements, previously Resly Direct would show a sad face :( 

Now, instead of just returning a no availability message, Resly will offer other dates that are available with a similar length of stay. The guest can then click on one of the options displayed to continue with the booking. 

This will no doubt increase direct search/booking conversion.

You can now email a receipt from within a tenancy as well as from within a reservation. Quickly email a receipt to your guest or tenant by using the 'Email' button on the bottom of the receipt. 

Guest and host reviews on Airbnb will now show in Resly. You will see it in the channel messages.

For those of you that can remember back when we could easily transfer funds between bookings, well IT'S BACK AND EVEN BETTER THAN BEFORE! Can you tell we are a wee bit excited?! 

No more refunding, receipting and manually clearing things - just click a few buttons and like magic, Resly will transfer the moolah to the new reservation.
