You Can Now Set a Reminder for Your Quotes

We have some exciting news to share with you. We're happy to announce that you can now set a reminder for 12 hours before the expiration time when adding a quote. You'll receive a notification and an email, so you won't have to worry about missing the deadline. If you click on the notification, you'll be directed to the quote.

We want to make sure that you have the best possible experience, so if you have any feedback, please feel free to let us know. Unfortunately, we won't be able to reply directly on this page. However, if you leave your name and company in the comments, we'll be sure to reach out to you via email. Thanks for being a part of our community!

Now You Can Update Your Accommodation Total Price With Ease!

Hey there!

We wanted to give you a quick heads up about a cool new improvement we've added to our reservation page. Now, if you change the check in/out date, room type or rate plan for the reservation, you'll get a friendly price change alert! Plus, you can now update your new accommodation total price by simply ticking the checkbox - easy peasy!

Just a quick note though, if the charges have already been disbursed, you won't be able to change the price here. But no worries, you can always do it manually instead.

We're always looking for ways to improve your experience, so we'd love to hear your feedback on this new feature! Please note that we won't be able to reply to your feedback on this page. Please leave your name and company in the comment so we can get back to you via email.

Now You Can Search When Adding New Reservations!

Hey everyone!

We are thrilled to announce a new improvement to Resly - a search box in the new reservation pop-up window. This feature allows you to quickly and easily find the reservation you're looking for by searching for specific room types and addresses. Plus, a tag filter is added for you to easily select room types with different tags.

To access the new Search box, simply click on the New Reservation button on the dashboard or new reservation page. The new reservation pop-up window will then appear, where you can enter your search criteria and find the room type you're looking for.

We hope this new improvement will be a helpful addition to your Resly experience. As always, if you have any questions or feedback, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Now You Can Check and Filter by Bedrooms and Bathrooms on Dashboard

Hello Resly users!

We hope this message finds you well. We are excited to announce a new improvement that has been added to Resly – our dashboard page now allows you to see the number of bedrooms and bathrooms for each room type when adding a new reservation. Additionally, you can filter rooms by bedroom/bathroom numbers after clicking the 'Update' button.

We believe that this update will make managing reservations even easier on Resly. We value your feedback, so please let us know what you think of this new feature.

You Can Now Delete Sensitive ID Data from Old Reservations

Hi everyone!

We have some great news to share with you today! Resly now includes a feature that allows admin users to delete sensitive ID files from old reservations with online check-in records. This means you can easily remove this information from your system after a certain period of time has passed.

To access this feature, simply go to Settings - General - Portals - Guest Portal - Delete Sensitive Data From Old Reservations. From there, you can choose to delete the data before 1/3/6/12 months have passed. Please note that this action is irreversible, so make sure you only delete the data when you are sure you no longer need it.

It's important to note that the reservation will still show that the guest did the online check in, but the data will be deleted.

We understand that maintaining the privacy and security of your guests' personal information is important, and we hope this new feature will help you do just that.
