The check-in day and check-out day is now showing on the dashboard.  

You can generate and print your daily banking report from the dashboard. 

New staffing department called Administration has been added. Settings > General > Staff. 

Reception user access no longer has access to the Resly property settings tab. Manager and admin remain unchanged. 

The following updates have been made to our tasks function. 

You can print a task report from the new 'Task Report' in the Reports menu. You can filter down to individual staff or departments. 

When adding a new task from the dashboard you can now assign it to a room. 

Tasks that have been assigned to a room now have room number tagging.

For all new bookings from 9.30pm on Thursday 5th Nov, credit card details will automatically be sent into the secure card vault in Resly at the time of booking. 

You will not have to retrieve the card details from Resly Connect.

Can save multiple cards against each booking (a guest card, virtual card etc)

Can save cards against a guest profile and it will populate into all their bookings (except OTA bookings with a VCC)

Groundwork done for auto-populating cards from agents into Resly (Scheduled for mid-Nov release)

New report - Owner charges. This report will generate all charges that have been applied to an owner account except those associated with a booking.

Improvements to invoice feature now live. 

You can send invoices from Resly

You can pay off reservations from within the invoice. 

Once you have issued the invoice, you will see 'Send Email' and 'Pay Invoice'

Send Invoice will email the invoice as an attachment to the email address attached to the agent or company. 

Pay Invoice will allow you to receipt payment to each booking from one screen.
