New Preferred Partner - Leisure Com

We’re excited to announce our new preferred partner, Leisurecom! 

Leisurecom Group is an innovative marketer of worldwide travel experience, who pride themselves on bringing innovative solutions and a unique product offering to the travel market.

Who is Leisurecom? They are a retail call centre & Online Travel Agency (OTA) curating travel and holiday experiences across Australia (& the world!) They also have a travel & lifestyle paid membership club which is a platform to distribute great fenced offerings. 

Our preferred partnership agreement with Leisurecom gives Resly properties access to the latest API integration, providing a fast and stable connection. There will also be opportunities to join exclusive and tactical campaigns moving forward. 

Properties can connect and map Leisurecom from within Resly in a matter of minutes. View the mapping help sheet here. You will need your Leisurecom hotel code in order to map.

Expedia Collect (VCC) Update

Working with Expedia, we have been able to make some changes for virtual credit card bookings and how they are displayed in Resly. 

Bookings made from today should now show the NET amount in the booking, this is the remittance amount or amount you can charge the virtual credit card. 

We recommend taking some time to check the first few bookings to make sure everything is in order. Click on the little speech bubble icon to view the comments. Check the total owing in the booking matches the remittance amount in the comments. 

If you see any discrepancies, please send all the booking details to support@resly.com.au for us to look into. 


Temporary Changes to Phone Support Hours

We are conducting some internal training which requires us to reduce our phone support hours over two days this week. 

Resly phone support will not be operating during the below hours. 

  • Thursday 16th June from 12.30 (mid-day)
  • Friday 17th June from 12.00 (mid-day)

We ask that all support queries are emailed to support@resly.com.au durning the above times as email support will remain open.

On Friday 5th of August at The Star Gold Coast, our awards gala is going to be an action packed night full of fun and entertainment that you can not miss!

We would love to see all our Resly properties attend and raise funds for some fabulous charities - Move for Lex and The Tara Brown Foundation.

Introducing Guest Check by Good to Book, Resly's newest integration partner.

We're excited to announce our newest integration partner, Guest Check by Good to Book! Guest Check is guest intelligence software for Short Term Accommodation Providers.

Designed to identify problematic, disrespectful guests, causing disruption, destruction and harm to other guests and staff — GTB refers to them as Rogue Guests. 

Completely integrated with Resly, Guest Check helps Good to Book Members identify vulnerabilities before they occur, giving them more time to manage their good guests for great stays.

Their network of authorised accommodation providers share a common goal — provide excellent accommodation and guest services, free from Rogue Guests.

What does that mean for you?

First off - Resly is covering your membership fees! Yes, included in your Resly subscription is a Good To Book membership. 

Guest Check provides automated alerts and reports, so you can focus on running your business. And because they're Australian & New Zealand Privacy Law compliant, you can be confident your data is in good hands.

We think this is a great addition to our existing suite of integrations, and we hope you find it as useful as we do!

How to activate your membership? Its easy, in Resly go to Settings > Integrations > Click on Good to Book > The details should auto fill so just click 'Sign up' and you are done!

Small Business Technology Investment Boost

Businesses will be able to claim 120% of their cloud technology costs as a tax deduction from 29 March 2022 to 30 June 2023. 

The ATO has a tax incentive for businesses incurring eligible expenditure on business technology/moving to the cloud in that they can claim 120% of their costs as a tax deduction. And eligible expenditure would include any conversion and ongoing Resly subscription costs from 29 March 2022 to 30 June 2023.

Transferring Funds Between Reservations

Happy Thursday! 

For those of you that can remember back when we could easily transfer funds between bookings, well IT'S BACK AND EVEN BETTER THAN BEFORE! Can you tell we are a wee bit excited?! 

No more refunding, receipting and manually clearing things - just click a few buttons and like magic, Resly will transfer the moolah to the new reservation.
