Hey everyone!

We've made a small improvement to Resly – you can now set the deposit amount based on number of nights, i.e Deposit amount is equal to 1 night.  

To set this up, go to Settings - General - Finance - Invoice and change the Default Amount toggle to N, and then enter the number of nights you want.

We have also added an alert on the reservation detail page, if the deposit amount/due date or balance due date is overridden, it will show a yellow colour. You can also click the X button to remove it.

We've recently made some improvements to Resly, and we're excited to share them with you.

One of the things you can now do is search on the cashbook page. This can be really helpful if you're looking for a specific reference, payer/payee, description, payment method, card type, or amount.

We're excited to share the new feature improvement with you for a better User Experience. The biggest change is that you can now click on the shortcut button next to the Date Range Picker to choose the date range. A popup window will show different date range options on different pages. The old date range shortcut dropdown list will be removed in the future.

We've got a great feature improvement to share with you all - you can now search by description, amount, and line balance on the bank feed page! This makes it easier than ever to find the transactions you're looking for.

You can now enter more optional information when adding a new account. Plus, you can now create a new owner account when creating/editing a room. The new account will be auto selected after created.

We have noticed some channel outages which look to be due to a DNS failure. The issue has been identified and we are told a fix has been deployed. 

This outage impacts the following functions: 

• Inventory and Rate updates from Resly are failing/not processing at the channels end. 
• Bookings are being impacted as there is a delay in delivering them into Resly.  

Note: If you receive a booking confirmation from a channel via email and it is not in Resly, please enter the booking manually into Resly.
