Template Selector Update: Now you can search the template by name/subject when selecting a template. If the template number is less or equal then 10, it will keep the same as a dropdown list, otherwise it will pop up a window for clearer view with the search bar. The change is made for all SMS/email/letter templates on
  • dashboard message tab
  • reservation communication tab
  • bulk email window on different pages
  • reconciliation history page

Beta Properties Wanted - New Benchmark Integration!

We are looking for some clients to test our exciting new integration with Rights Benchmarking!

Rights Benchmark is a partnership between Caatz Management Rights Accountants and Resly. It is software that has been specifically designed for the Management Rights industry to report on key benchmarks including fees and charges, average room revenue, occupancy and other key metrics specific to management rights. 

Rather than relying on manual surveys, Rights Benchmark uses real-time data from Resly and aggregates key metrics. 

The results and reports will be available for free to all Resly customers who agree to include their complex in the aggregated data.  

The software has been designed to protect the anonymity of individual complex and owner data.

New Integration - Xero!

We are looking for some clients to test our exciting new integration with Xero! 

Our Xero integration will automate the breakdown of the managers income in Xero. After EOM has been rolled, Resly will create an invoice in Xero based on the managers income summary, including a breakdown of all the account codes and amounts. 

As a Beta/test property, you will be the first to use this integration. We will need to conduct a 30 minute session on TeamViewer, during which we will do the following; 

  • Connect your Xero account to Resly
  • Complete account code mapping between Xero and Resly
  • Send some sample reports to Xero, these will be deleted after the call
  • Run some checks to make sure the connection is successful

Expedia Collect (VCC) Update

Working with Expedia, we have been able to make some changes for virtual credit card bookings and how they are displayed in Resly. 

Bookings made from today should now show the NET amount in the booking, this is the remittance amount or amount you can charge the virtual credit card. 

We recommend taking some time to check the first few bookings to make sure everything is in order. Click on the little speech bubble icon to view the comments. Check the total owing in the booking matches the remittance amount in the comments. 

If you see any discrepancies, please send all the booking details to support@resly.com.au for us to look into.
