Activation steps:

• Go to the campaign you want to create a join block for --> go to Widgets.
• In the Join Block card, use the dropdown to link a Join Block to the campaign.
• Go the Shopify theme editor --> select a page to add the Join Block to.
• Go to the left-hand pane -->go to Template -->add the Join Block as a section.

Allow customers to view referral details in their store account! Our new Customer Referral Details Extension is customisable, easy to implement, and lets customers seamlessly view their referral link and rewards without logging into a separate portal.

Activation steps:

• Go to your Shopify theme editor -> Checkout and customer accounts -> Profile
• Go to Apps -> Add the Customer Referral Details Extension to Accounts
• Go to Menu --> Add a new menu item linked to the Customer Referral Details Extension--> rename the menu item to something suitable such as "Refer & Earn"

This feature is currently only available for Shopify merchants using Customer Accounts.

Referral links now open a popup directly on your store, displaying a personalized message and code. This keeps friends engaged without leaving your site, reducing redirects and minimizing drop-offs.

The Friend Offer Popup automatically matches your Shopify color scheme and font. You can also upload a custom background image.

Activation steps:

• Go to your Shopify theme editor -> App Embeds -> toggle on Friend Offer Popup
• Go to your ReferralCandy dashboard -> Campaign editor -> Widgets ->toggle off Friend Offer Page

Say hello to the Advocates page: this latest feature lets you easily access a comprehensive list of all past and present advocates in your referral campaigns. Simply go to Campaigns, open up the Editor and find the Advocates page on the left sidebar.

Merchants using Shopify's Checkout Extensibility feature will see these events in a contact's activity log:

-> When an advocate is shown the sign up form or their referral link on the Referral Extension

-> When an advocate clicks any of the sharing links in the Referral Extension: Messenger, WhatsApp, Facebook, X, Email

If you're on Shopify, you can now easily enable different discount combinations for both advocate rewards and friend offer coupon codes. 

You may choose to allow discount combinations for:

• Product discounts
• Order discounts
• Shipping discounts

To start using this feature, go to Campaigns -> Rewards -> Advocate Reward or Friend Offer tab. 

We've updated the contact details page to house separate sections for aggregate and campaign-level data. You will soon see richer, more comprehensive information when you start running multiple campaigns. Go to Contacts -> Manage to check out any of your customers' pages.

You can now create a segment that includes anyone who submits their email via any widget. Manage this list like you would any other dynamic segment.
