To allow greater flexibility in customizing your assets, banners can be added or removed from the following assets:

- Join Page

- Share Page

- Post-Purchase Popup

To do so, head into the edit mode of a theme and look for the Remove banner from checkbox and dropdown selector.

The new Static Segments feature allows you to create and manage custom segments based on a list of contacts that you can manually add and remove from. This will allow you to run a referral program for an exclusive audience such as affiliates.

Using segments in your referral campaign? You can now see a list of contacts who are part of the segment you created. To view this, simply go to the Segments page and click on the name of your segment. This list will update whenever you make a change in segmentation criteria

With our new pause state, you can temporarily hide the friend offer and prevent advocates from being rewarded for referrals. This can come in handy when you want to run your referral program and another campaign concurrently. Learn more ↗ 

For merchants using themes on developer mode, you can use the campaign.state liquid variable to add in content specific to when the campaign is paused.

Now, with the segments feature, you can start an affiliate program easily! This allows you to create a campaign that only enrolls people who signup via your site widgets or signup forms. Affiliates help you to reach new audiences in your industry, and not just your existing customers who’ve purchased your product 🤘🏼

Get Started

• Go to Target Audience > Select 'Widget Signups' as your target segment in the dropdown
• Go to Widgets to paste the relevant code snippet to your website. (Alternatively, add your Join Page link on your affiliate program page).
