A new and intuitive dashboard has been created wherein the Recruiters will get a bird eye view of the entire Panel. The following new components has been added:
A new requisition form has been added in order to capture more details from the hiring managers/recruiters. Besides, a new approval process has been combined. Now you can set a multilevel approval process.
There is another significant addition of “Bypassing the approval” functionality. This can be done by super admin for any job with in the company. This functionality gives a lot of flexibility to the recruiter to bypass the job requisition approval in order to avoid delay in the hiring process.
A notification is sent out to the person responsible to approve for the specific action taken on his/her behalf.
We have been working on this precise functionality for a long time and after doing multiple iteration we have shaped a new view for all the hiring stages. We have detached “ In Process” stage and opened all the sub stages, which were there in the “In Process” part of the funnel. Now you can view the candidates in all the stages and pull reports accordingly.
Advanced offer letter approval workflow: An advanced workflow has been unified for the offer letter approval workflow.
New Login Page: The UI of the new login page has been changed to give it a new fresh look.
Custom reports: A new custom reports has been added to generate and download for various departments and functions.
