Greenline’s New Integration with Sticky Cards

We’re pleased to announce our new integration with Sticky Cards so retailers can increase customer engagement with an app-free, digital wallet loyalty solution.

Digital Wallet Loyalty

Designed specifically for cannabis retailers, Sticky Cards introduces a new loyalty program that doesn’t rely on apps or SMS. Wallet cards, unlike apps, never expire, are never removed from your device’s storage, and ensure messages are always delivered.

This solution overcomes the constraints of SMS regulations, allowing retailers to send precise push notifications directly to customers’ wallets.

When you scan a Sticky Card at the point of sale, the customer’s loyalty points, transaction history, and upcoming rewards are instantly displayed in Greenline. 

Greenline's Upgraded Insights Reporting Tool

We’re excited to announce a significant upgrade to the new Insights Reports section on your dashboard. This new reporting feature is designed to handle large quantities of data much faster and more consistently.

The new Insights Reports will replace the Advanced Reports section on the dashboard, which will be deprecated on Tuesday, August 20, 2024.

What’s New

Improved Performance

  • Insights Reports offer quicker access to your data, making it easier to make informed decisions.

Expanded Reporting

  • All the reports you’ve been using in the Advanced Reporting tab, and more, are now available in the Insights section.

Future Enhancements

  • We’re planning to add even more powerful reporting tools to the Insights section to further enhance your operations.

What’s Changing?

  • We will be deprecating the Advanced Reporting tab on August 20, however, all the reports you’ve relied on have already been transitioned to the Insights section, where you’ll find improved performance.

Greenline’s New Auto Print Feature

Print Automation for Online Order Management

Greenline makes is easy for retailers to save time when printing online orders. The new auto print feature provides additional speed and accuracy, which in turn reduces errors and increases budtender productivity.

How to Enable Auto print

  1. Turn on Auto print
    • Navigate to the Sales Settings on your POS device and turn on ‘Auto Print Receipts’.
  2. Select Printer for Online Orders
    • Choose the printer used for printing online order receipts.
  3. Choose Receipt Type
    • Select whether you want to print Online Order Receipts, Packing Slips, or both.

Single Device Activation:

Once Auto print is enabled on one device, it cannot be turned on in another device to prevent duplicated receipts.

Dedicated Printer Recommendation:

It is highly recommended to have a dedicated printer for online orders to avoid mixing up in-store sales receipts.
