Now, effortlessly set up delivery zones directly within your dashboard. POS Data Reporting Platform (ON)

We are working with the OCS and the AGCO to create a new reporting experience for retailers, enabling direct data flow from the POS system to the regulator. This will simplify and streamline the reporting process and make it easier for retailers to rectify any reporting errors.

We are gradually rolling out this functionality and will be reaching out to retailers periodically, along with the AGCO, to onboard them to this new system. In the meantime, all retailers must continue uploading their current Excel reports in the AGCO Portal unless the AGCO informs otherwise.

To prepare for this upcoming change, please ensure that you fill out the "License ID" field under Settings > Locations for each of your retail locations with your CRSA number. This step is crucial for the proper functioning of the new system.

If you use Back of house or vault locations, please add the same CRSA number as your main location. For example, if Location A is used for sales and Location B is a "back of house" for inventory, both locations must have the same CRSA number added to them.

We will have all of our retailers onboarded to the Data Reporting Platform functionality over the course of the next months. If you have any questions please let us know!

Low stock alerts not being sent

You may have noticed a recent disruption with the receipt of our SMS "low stock alerts." Unfortunately, this situation has arisen due to a delivery issue involving our carrier, with whom we have encountered challenges. They are currently classifying Canadian cannabis as non-compliant, resulting in the interruption of our service.

Our team is diligently working on resolving this matter with our carrier in order to restore the timely delivery of alerts to retailers.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work towards a swift resolution.

Thank you for your continued support.

🇨🇦 A new chapter - a letter from the founder of Greenline

When we started Greenline, our vision was to make lives better for the thousands of Canadian cannabis retailers out there throughout the creation of the legal industry. Now, 5 years later, I truly believe that we have made a positive impact on the industry. I'm filled with pride for all the things our team has been able to accomplish over the years, backed up by the incredible comments our customers have left us about our product and support.

Today, I'm announcing my departure from the company. Greenline is in good hands with BLAZE. After 6 long years in the field, I've decided that it's time for me to move on and pursue other personal interests and projects, perhaps even build something new.

Thank you everyone for this incredible journey. Thank you to our customers that use Greenline and put in a good word for others in the industry. You can continue to expect the same level of Canadian-based service you've come to rely on and enjoy even more product offerings in the future. Thank you to our partners who have helped us add value to our offerings. If you have any questions for the Greenline team, feel free to contact them at sales-ca@blaze.me.  I only wish the best for everyone.

If you'd like to chat or get help about anything related to being a founder, startups, technology, operations, acquisitions, culture, the future (and more), don't hesitate to reach out to me! I would love nothing more than to share stories put to pass on my learnings. Until next time 👋

Albert Kim
