Hi everyone, some of you have been reporting that the imported cannabis weight for your edible products have been causing 30g cannabis limit warnings when attempting to make sales.

While investigating the cause of these errors we discovered that the AGLC has stripped quite a bit of information from their product catalog. As such, we no longer have access to the cannabis weights for edibles. This affects the creation of new products using the Import from AGLC feature.

Please ensure to fill in the cannabis weights manually when the product has been received and before making sales.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we encourage everyone to reach out to the AGLC to express their feelings about these changes.

An important update regarding product entry. The AGLC has removed the data for cannabis weight. All new products added to Greenline will not come with this information. This means you will have to manually input the cannabis weight.

This is imperative, as missing cannabis weights can cause compliance problems. Please double check to ensure you products cannabis weight is entered. We will monitor the product data coming from the AGLC in hopes that they re-introduce the cannabis weights. Thanks for your understanding!

Product edit history logs have also been added to the product list page. Now, managers can see who's editing products when they're away from the store. Look for the "Edit history" button next to the green "Add product" button.

To provide store managers with high levels of visibility and accountability into their stores, we've added the ability to see your edit history for products.

When you edit a product, you'll notice a new tab called "edit history." Clicking on it will show the following information:

• Who made the update.
• When did the update happen.
• Which fields were updated.
• For some fields, show the previous to new value.

Did you know you now have the option to show SKU numbers on receipts. Just go to your Settings > Receipts and then select Show SKUs.
