With the new report and block functionality, any community member can take action against objectionable content or disruptive members.
Your school will receive an email as soon as a community member flags a post as objectionable or reports another community member so that your team can take swift action.

Learners can request a deletion of their account and you can resolve the request right from your dashboard.

Now you can integrate WhatsApp directly onto your website.

If you are collecting tax as part of your course payments, we just made your job easy. Now when you download sales reports, dedicated columns have been added for taxes like Taxable Value, Total Invoice Value, Tax collected, Tax breakup in case of GST(IGST, SGST, CGST).
In the latest update, we have changed the default password policy of the platform. Now when the learner signs up and creates the password - 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, and 1 numeric character are mandatory. Also, passwords have to be a minimum of 8 characters now.
Having a strong password is the first step towards account security.
This feature is live on the website as of now. On apps, it will be available in the upcoming release.

The new limits are only applicable if you are taking live classes via Inbuilt Zoom. The new limits are applicable for everyone - new and existing customers.

With our recent update, we added support for verifying your “from email address”, which is used to send different types of emails to your learners like welcome email, invoice emails etc.
If you are already sending emails from your own domain without verifying, we would suggest you to verify your “from email address” to improve deliverability.
If you are using free domains like gmail, yahoo in “from email address”, we would suggest you to use our default sending email address.

Google Analytics is a FREE tool that allows you to track and analyze critical data on your website and site visitors.
We have recently introduced the integration of Google Analytics 4 Code as well.
This new addition will allow you to track e-commerce events happening on your course platform. For Business Plan and onwards you would be able to track these events from your mobile apps too.
