With our recent update, we added support for verifying your “from email address”, which is used to send different types of emails to your learners like welcome email, invoice emails etc. 

If you are already sending emails from your own domain without verifying, we would suggest you to verify your “from email address” to improve deliverability. 

If you are using free domains like gmail, yahoo in “from email address”, we would suggest you to use our default sending email address.
