Constant endeavour to smoothen user experience, we have improved rendering of following screens to be faster than before. Introduced animation as well as blurrish effect.

Proposal Email Wizard

You can add "PS. We have a SME special implementation for your industry" in your emails without worrying where it will be placed i.e. before/after proposal link,  before/after email signature. You have complete control.

Soon, We will, We have also introduced introduce validation to check if proposal link is present in case of initiating + Reminding emails and warn user if such link is not present. PS. Default email templates provided by system have the proposal link included.

Updated Fresh Proposal Application on Mobile/Tablet For Actions

If you want to use Fresh Proposals on mobile, you won't be able to edit a proposal or templates but now, you will be able to view dashboard, add new clients, preview templates and send proposals clients.

Export PDF When Proposal is in Landscape Mode:

You can export PDF when proposal is configured to be in landscape mode layout.

Proposal Wizard: 

• Reduced Height of Proposal Wizard Client List

To make the Next button visible in proposal wizard, in case of lower resolutions screens, we have reduced the height of client section within proposal wizard. Let to another issue while creating new client on the screen, but we squashed it right away.

Increased Line Height for Footer in Fees Table: 

Default height for the footer in Fees table has been increased. Earlier, it would look cramped up. Now it has good breathing space and easy for your eyes too.

Dropping New Textbox in Editor: Default Transparency set to zero: 

Changed the default transparency to zero for new textbox dropped in editor. This will save extra clicks for users to change textbox-background from white to absolutely transparent especially when you have something colorful in the background (like image or shapes)

Comments

• Team members, reviewers could add comments, pointing a specific location on a page. Now clients can also add specific comments
• There was a minor issue - New comment box was showing up even after adding a new comment. System now understands that comment is added just now.

Importing Section from Content Library

• Fixed issue related to importing section from content library for default templates

Dashboard

• Proposal Acceptance Rate chart updated to reflect quarterly numbers, on a scale of 0-100 and also consistent with rest of the chart in terms of look and feel.

Create Proposal Wizard

• The default date showed up for proposal Validity Date, Due Date were showing dates from the past, corrected to show current date

Managing Team Members

• Smashed issues related to adding team members (confirmed, non-confirmed) and retained role/ permission for account owner.

Help Guide Access

• Users can now access the help guide even inside the editor or proposal wizard or emailer part of proposal creation.

Minor Enhancements/Fixes

• Introducing help guide access button required us to move the Advance menu upward (close to draggable set of component like textbox, image, video, fees table, content table, etc).
• The icon showing profile pic changed to show initials of the logged in user if profile pic is not available
• Guided tour can now continue to second phase (Template Editor)
• Fixed issues related to side panels displayed when proposal is viewed on smartphone and tablets or low resolution desktop/laptop
• Updated Signature font when client signs the proposal.

We used to share product update over email. Henceforth we will use Announckit to share release note.

Online Signature, Certificate

1. If Online signature is too lengthy, it would go out of the default box width. Fixed to resize it within the available signature box.
2. Fixed issues related to display of audit trail information e.g. fixed displaced image, repositioned signature

PDF Download

1. Client can download PDF and save the copy of proposal its has signed

System Emails

1. Automated emails delivered to account owner redesigned, rephrased
2. Improved system email templates for higher deliverability of proposal emails to clients of the proposer

Proposal Comments

• Fixed panel-box layout showing client comments, it was peeking out to see what client said

Proposal Category

• Default proposal category was shown as blank, fixed it to show default

Custom Domain

• Updated documentation to enable setting up of a custom domain

Performance Improvements

• The steps (wizard) to create proposal was taking few bits to load. With the latest fix, the first step in creating proposals will be faster than before.

Continuous Deployment Notification

• We're making FP better, every single day. Don't worry, you won't miss those update! Once software version deployment is updated, it will notify users about the update within browser

Adding Video

1. Fixed glitches while adding videos to proposal/template from online platform such as Youtube and Vimeo

Fees Table

1. Fixed alignment of columns in Fees table
