Chicago Cityscape now has property sales data (locations, prices, and transfer taxes) through the end of the 4th quarter of 2019 in Cook County. The State of Illinois publishes "PTAX" data quarterly, and we add it to our databse soon after they upload it.

Our PTAX database now covers all of 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. Visit the main PTAX dashboard (updated this month, too) or look up sales at and around any Cook County address.
