From now, if transaction was cancelled, the comission fee will be refunded fully on your profile's balance on Accs-Market (before refund was equal 2/3 of the fee). You can't withdraw it, but you can use it to pay for any service on Accs-Market, including a new deal. If you were not registered, when cancelled transaction - register and you will receive your refund at the same time.
