To make distributing your Surveys on the web easily, we have moved Survey Distribution by Links and on Website (including Button, Popup, Side Tab, and Web Embed) together under ‘Web’ in the Distribution section in your Zonka Feedback account. 

Now you can add, view and manage all your Web Survey Distribution Channels together. Choose from different Web Distribution Channels including Survey Links, Popup, Side Tab, Button and Embed. Edit your Web Distribution Settings (including appearance, targeting and behavior), copy survey Link as QR Code, distribute to Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin, copy code and add to your Website to collect feedback and responses from your Website Visitors. 🌐

The Survey Listing screen is where you can view all your surveys, the locations assigned to them, options to Distribute the Survey and Lifetime Stats. These statistics include:

Pin Surveys to Dashboard

Your Zonka Feedback Dashboard shows a preview of your latest (and most active) surveys. Now you can choose which surveys you'd like to view on your Dashboard by pinning them up on the Dashboard. 

View the latest statistics and quick overview including Responses, CX Metrics (NPS, CES and CSAT), Completion Time and Average Time taken for respondents to complete the survey, for the surveys you pin, right on the Dashboard.

Create Surveys more easily with the all-new Survey Builder

Creating amazing surveys is one of the core focuses at Zonka Feedback. Now we've created a new (improved) experience for you to create and manage your surveys at Zonka Feedback. With the all-new Survey Builder we're making it easier to create and edit surveys for you. We're adding more intuitiveness to your survey building experience, moving options around for you to access them more easily and basically be able to create and edit surveys faster and better. 🥳

    View all the questions and screens you've added in your survey, including your Welcome and Thank you Screen, on the new left panel. Click on any question to view it in the Survey Preview in the centre and edit it. Also, if you've added multiple questions per screen, view the questions screen-wise.

  • Edit Survey Look & Feel
    Add logo, background, font and colors to Survey Screens, Welcome Screen and Thank you screen together in the Look & Feel Editor.

  • Turn Welcome Screen & Thank You Screen

    Use a simple toggle to display or not display Welcome Screen and Thank You Screen in your survey.

  • Choose Icon Type for Rating Questions, CSAT Questions
    While adding Rating Questions, easily choose Icon Type, Style and Scale

Tired of adding all your options one by one? Want to quickly add a long list of items as options in your feedback form and survey? You can now use the Add Bulk Choices option in Dropdown, Button, Radio Button, and Checkboxes fields which makes it easy to add a bunch of choices to your form, all at the same time and saves time instead of creating each choice individually.

If you need to add a large number of answer choices to a single question, you can copy and paste a list all at once instead of adding each choice one by one.
