Introducing the New: Help Center & Support Desk

We are thrilled to introduce the SuperSync Email for Outlook Help Center and Support Desk!

Your success is of paramount importance to us, so we're making sure to equip you and your organization with the tools you need to make the most of the SuperSync Email for Outlook add-in.

The Help Center was designed with you in mind to provide a helpful and friendly experience as you search for information. The Help Center has all the information you need to get started, make customizations, and utilize all the add-in features.  

How to Access the SuperSync Email Help Center & Support Desk:

  1. You can access the Help Center from the SuperSync Email for Outlook add-in. You'll find the Help Center link on the top right corner of the add-in.
  2. To log a support ticket, click on the blue question mark button on the bottom right corner of the add-in. Please make sure you add all the required information and provide as much detail as possible. You can also attach screenshots without leaving Outlook.

How to Navigate the SuperSync Email for Outlook Help Center:

  • Select the category that matches your need, such as "Implementation and Account Configuration" or "User Settings." Each category has multiple articles with the latest updates and step-by-step guides.
  • Use the search feature by clicking on the search bar at the top of the Help Center page. You can type in keywords, such as "users," "custom records," or "troubleshooting," and the Help Center will guide you toward related information.
  • If you still cannot find what you are looking for, try submitting a Support Ticket. You can find the New Support Ticket at the top left side of the Help Center. Once you have submitted a support ticket, you can check the status by clicking on Check Ticket Status.

Get ready! Coming soon, SuperSync Email for Outlook users will be able to create new Contacts, Customers and Leads directly from their add-in.

  • Easy to use: Create and log emails to new records without ever leaving your Outlook inbox
  • Data Integrity: Fields can be made required to ensure record formatting aligns with your NetSuite structure
  • Permissions Apply: Add allowable record types to your SuperSync Email Profiles to ensure proper user access to NetSuite record creation

Introducing: Auto-Log

🎉 SuperSync Email for Outlook has a new feature! 

When an email is successfully logged to a NetSuite record, SuperSync for Email users can choose to enable Auto Log. Once enabled, when another email on the same thread is selected with the add-in open, it will be automatically logged to the NetSuite record.
