We are now here with some strict and major changes in our working schedules. The changes aren't big but are compulsory to get followed

Firstly some rules for whatsapp support,

1} Our whatsapp support willl end by 11:30 p.m. [ INDIAN STANDARAD TIME ] after which if you message some strict action might be taken against you. While you can always call us at even 2:00 am if something is very urgent or you are in emergency but messaging or calling after 11:30 p.m. for small issues won't be accepted, and that doesn't mean you won't get support, our ticket support is active 24 hours so after 11 : 30 please contact us on tickets

2} Send us order id typed to get it refilled or cancelled or adding speed to it, sending screenshots of order ids won't give you any solution, also send the order ids in this format to get refilled or cancelled : 621346, 622205, 623091, 623864, 624998,

3} Our whatsapp support is now handled by 3 executives so you will recieve much more fast response than before, [ current waiting time is just 0 - 5 mins for a reply ] and also we will try that our whatsapp support begins from 8:30 a.m.

4} So we will provide you a total 16hrs+ instant whatsapp support from now !

Secondly some rules for call support,

1} Our call support would start from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30p.m. which is same as whatsapp timings but yes you can call us at any time in emergency as we care much for you all !

2} Don't make us whatsapp calls rather make us normal calls as audio quality isn't that comfortable on whatsapp

3} We can't refill your orders on call, for example you tell us order id and call and demand to refill on call, that ain't possible as for refill or other things you need to send id written on whatsapp , sms or ticket and after which you can call us and tell to boost or refill that particular id.

That's it to our small but very important changes in our support rules. Breaking of any rule may lead to strict action against he / she.
